Loops – If you are running the same OS, the latest version of Zoom should not have impacted the ability to blur screen. Do you happen to know your processor specs and computer’s age? Are you able to select virtual backgrounds without the green screen?
If not, that would indicated that you processor is too hold to support blur screen. If you can, please uncheck the box and see if the option is available to you. How come they are not helping?
